Speakers Bureau Member Requirements

All Applicants for the NFPA Speakers Bureau must comply with the following requirements:
  • Applicant must be a current member of the National Foster Parent Association
  • Applicant must support the mission and goals of the National Foster Parent Association
  • Applicant must have presented a workshop at an NFPA Event such as the Annual Education Conference or State Affiliate Conference with positive reviews from participants
  • Applicant must provide three training references
  • Applicant must provide current resume and bio regarding their experience with the foster care system
  • Applicant must provide documentation of presentation topics, specialties, objectives, target audience and abstract
  • Applicant must pay a $300 yearly fee to become a marketed member of the NFPA Speakers Bureau
